BIG CRISP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. corn flakes or frosted flakes
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut

Blend butter and sugar, add eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix oatmeal and flakes together. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda. Add flour mixture to butter and sugar. Stir in oatmeal mixture. Add raisin and coconut. Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
