SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix beef with milk, onion, salt, pepper, oatmeal and egg. Form meat into patties. Brown meat; remove from skillet. Add flour to drippings. Blend well. Add bouillon and water. Cook, stirring constantly until thickens. Add mushroom soup, season to taste. Place meat back in gravy to warm.
