8-10 med. potatoes, mashed 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked 2 cans corn, drained Boil potatoes, mash. Brown hamburger and drain. Using casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the mash potatoes. Put all hamburger on top, put all the corn on top of meat. Use remaining mash potatoes to cover corn. Put pats of butter top of mash potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes. |
