GRAMMA'S POTATO DUMPLINGS 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
4 ground raw potatoes
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. graham flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. pearl barley

Make into dumplings as large as a teacup. Drop into boiling water. Boil 1/2 hour to 40 minutes until done. Leftovers can be sliced and fried in a little butter.
