KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can taco sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. frozen tortillas, about 9, uncooked
Grated cheese

Saute meat, onion, and bell pepper together and drain. Mix all soups and sauces together. Tear tortillas into strips or pieces and place a portion in casserole dish. Put a layer of meat mixture over tortillas and then a layer of sauces. Repeat layers until dish is filled. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
