BABY PEARL TAPIOCA 
6 c. water
Dash salt
1 c. tapioca (sm. or baby, not lg.)
1/4-1/3 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. Jello (use same flavor as fruit used)
1 lb. fruit (fresh or frozen)
8 oz. Cool Whip or whipping cream

Bring water to a boil, add salt and tapioca. Bring to a boil again and remove from heat. (Don't continue to boil). Set aside for 25 minutes. Do not drain. Add sugar and Jello and refrigerate. May store for several days in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add fruit and Cool Whip or whipping cream. Makes a large salad.
