AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
1 (10 oz.) jar sliced maraschino cherries
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Optional: 1 c. chopped walnuts

Drain all fruit, save a little cherry juice to add for color and flavor. Mix all ingredients together, chill for 1/2 hour and serve.
