FRESH APPLE BARS 
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs; add sugar and oil. Mix together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Fold in apples and nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes. Sift powdered sugar on top when cooled.
