HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut up and browned or use Kentucky Fried Chicken

Arrange chicken in baking dish one layer. Top with 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice), 1 green bell pepper, sliced. Sprinkle with ginger.

Make sauce of 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup wine vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to boil and stir and cook until thickened. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Chop 1 bunch green onions and sprinkle over top of chicken before serving.
