1 lg. can sauerkraut
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. green onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. pimiento, diced
3 tbsp. vinegar

Drain and rinse sauerkraut, cut up with scissors. Mix in ingredients and marinate overnight.
