PUMPKIN PIE 
15 oz. Libby's pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
9-inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

Bake 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
