OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine all the ingredients until smooth. Spread into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes until middle is set. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or cool with whipped cream.
