CHEESE BALL 
2 Philadelphia cream cheese (lg.)
1/2 jar Cheese Whiz (sm. jar)
Minced onion to taste
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mince 2 packages of smoked beef (found in meat department in a packaged bag). Put all of one package and about 1/3 of second in the cheese ball mix, save the rest for outer cover.

Let cheese come to room temperature; mix all ingredients together except meat. (Easiest to use hands.) After mixed well, add meat and mix. Use spatula to clean sides of bowl and shape into ball form while still in bowl. Chill until firm. (30 minutes to an hour.) Take out of bowl and gently roll in remaining minced beef. Serve.
