NANA'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
5 c. milk
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
Buttered crumbs for top

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sauce: Melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, paprika and dry mustard. Add warm milk. Add cheese to sauce. Mix with macaroni. Top with buttered crumbs and bake.
