2 c. broken pretzels
3/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Melt butter and add 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix and pour over pretzels in 7x12x2 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Cool 25 minutes. Mix well cream cheese and 1 c. sugar together. Prepare Dream Whip by package directions. Fold in cream mixture. Spread over baked pretzels. Combine gelatin with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Chill slightly. Top cream cheese layer with the strawberry mixture. Chill until firm.
