WEIGHT MANAGEMENT STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix together and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and allow to cool.

Wash, stem, and drain 1 quart strawberries. Boil 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch until thickened. Remove from heat. Take 1 1/2 tablespoons strawberry D-Zerta gelatin (with Nutra-sweet) and 9 individual packets of Equal sweetener and mix them together until dissolved with the thickening. Cool slightly. Add strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Glaze "sets" quickly. Refrigerate. Before serving, add D-Zerta whipped topping.

This pie has approximately 90 calories for 1/8 of a pie. Regular strawberry pie has 235 calories for 1/8 of a pie. A 1/8 piece of a pie, equals 1 starch and 1/2 fruit exchange.
