CRAWFISH DEE-LISH 
1 stick butter
1 c. green onions
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. processed cheese spread (jalapeno Cheez Whiz)
Creole seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles

Melt butter. In large skillet over low fire, saute green onions, garlic, for five minutes more. Add soup, sour cream, cheese spread and creole seasoning. Mix, simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Mix noodles and sauce. Pour into a two quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
