DEE'S FAVORITE LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large heavy pan brown beef with onion and parsley. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, cook lasagna as directed on package. Mix eggs and cottage cheese together. Using a 13"x9"x2" pan and an 11"x7"x2" pan, spread about 1/2 cup of meat sauce in each. Then alternate layers of lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese, until pans are full. Top with meat sauce. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
