DEE ANN'S LASAGNA 
1-2 lbs. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 lb. lasagna noodles
2 c. cottage cheese with 1 egg added
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, Ragu chunky

Cook ground chuck and garlic in saucepan until meat is browned. Add sauces and water. Simmer 15-20 minutes.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Spread about 3/4 cup sauce on bottom of 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch roasting pan. Arrange a layer of lasagna over sauce.

Top with layers of cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sauce. Repeat layers twice ending with a layer of lasagna. Spread sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
