MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. grated carrot
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 c. celery
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
10 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked macaroni

Cook beef, onions, garlic until slightly brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Bring to a boil. Cover and turn heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni separately and add before serving.
