LEMON DESSERT 
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed Keebler's Town House classic crackers (don't crush fine)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can lemon pie mix
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Little grated lemon rind
Toasted coconut
Sliced almonds

Whip egg whites with dash of salt, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Gradually add 1 cup sugar. Beat well. Remove from mixer. Fold in 1 cup crushed Keebler's crackers. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake in 9 x 12 inch, well greased pan at 325 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Cool well.

Whip 2 packages Dream Whip per directions on package. Add 1 (8 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese. Mix well. Spread 1/2 of this mixture over first layer. Spread 1 can lemon pie mix (add lemon juice and rind). Spread other half Dream Whip mixture over lemon. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and sliced almonds.
