BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 stalk celery
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. liquid smoke
8 oz. tomato paste

In food processor puree onion, pepper, and celery. In large saucepan combine with remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened.
