CRANBERRY ICE 
1 qt. (1 lb.) cranberries
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 orange
Grated rind of 1 orange

Cook cranberries in 2 cups water until very soft. Rub through a colander. Put sugar in cranberries and heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and add the orange juice and rind. Put in ice cube trays in freezer until ready to serve.
