CRANBERRY ICE 
4 c. cranberries
1 tsp. gelatin, soaked in 2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. orange juice
3 c. sugar

Cook cranberries in 3 cups water until berries "pop" and are mushy. Strain into large bowl (pushing mushy berries through strainer). Add to gelatin mixture, orange juice and sugar. Mix well with beater. Freeze until firm with beater. Freeze until firm but not hard. Remove from freezer and beat again until lighter in color and creamy. Refreeze.
