SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. Bob Evans bulk sausage
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Heinz chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. water

Shape into balls. Brown them in skillet on all sides. Pour off grease and set sausage balls aside and combine the next ingredients.

Mix all ingredients in a pan. Add sausage balls. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve or freeze.
