SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. pork sausage seasoning

Mix all well. Shape into small balls. Fry in Crisco.

GRAVY:

2 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes

Heat and thicken with flour. Add a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet.

2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Pour above gravy over meat balls and bake about 1 hour at 300 degrees.
