CUCUMBER YOGURT SOUP 
4 c. yogurt
6 ice cubes
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. dill weed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. cream or milk
Chopped walnuts, opt.

Mix ingredients well and chill 5 or 6 hours. Serves 6.
