VEGETABLE DISH 
1 1/2 c. carrot sticks
1 pkg. frozen green beans
3/4 c. green pepper strips
1 c. sliced onion (lg.)
2 c. celery sticks
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca

Put first 5 ingredients into baking dish. Cut tomatoes and seasoning. Stir tomatoes and seasonings together with other vegetables. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or more with lid on.
