BROCCOLI AND CARROT VEGETABLE
DISH
 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli and carrots
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli, thaw and drain
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Swiss cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
1 can French onions
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1 cup French onion. Put in 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with rest of cheese and onion and bake 5 minutes more.
