CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. rice krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

Combine butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in saucepan. Heat until smooth. Add rice cereal; stir until well coated with butterscotch mixture. Press half of cereal mixture into buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator. While preparing fudge mixture.

Set remaining cereal mixture aside. Combine over hot (not boiling) water chocolate chips, confectioners' sugar, butter, and water. Stir until mixture is smooth. Spread over refrigerated cereal mix. Spread remaining cereal mix over top. Press gently. Chill about 1 hour. Makes 25 (1 1/2 inch) squares.
