TART DOUGH 
5 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. crisco
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
Pinch of salt

Mix sugar, Crisco, in large bowl. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and milk. Add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Mix to form a soft dough. If dough is too soft, add a bit more flour. Roll out filling. Roll out remaining dough to make lattice work across tart. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
