GREEN BEAN - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
3 cans French style green beans
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic

Brown your onion and garlic with a small amount of your olive oil, then add your cut artichoke hearts, green beans, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix together. Add the remaining olive oil. Cook until tender (approximately 5 minutes). Put into covered casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
