SAUSAGE VALENTINO 
3 tbsp. oil
6 garlic cloves
6-8 frying peppers
3-4 med. onions
2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage

Peel and dice garlic. Place garlic and oil in large pot over low to medium flame. Cover and simmer approximately 5 minutes. Clean peppers and onions. Chop into large chunks. Place peppers, onions and sauce in pot with garlic and oil. Cover. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice sausage into 1/2 - 1 inch chunks and place in pot with vegetables mixture. Cover and cook until sausage is done. Stir occasionally. Cook pasta. Spoon Sausage Valentino over pasta as desired. Enjoy! 6-8 servings.
