BAKED PINEAPPLE (THANKSGIVING
DAY)
 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
12 graham crackers, broken into pieces
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Line baking dish with pineapple; cover with graham crackers. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
