PINEAPPLE BAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple (not in heavy syrup)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar (3/4 c. if preferred)
1 stick butter
4-5 slices bread, cut in cubes

Melt butter in 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole. Put bread cubes into melted butter until butter is absorbed. Beat eggs in mixing bowl; blend in sugar and pineapple, including pineapple liquid. Pour this mixture over bread cubes in casserole. Stir mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
