BAKED CHICKEN AND DRESSING | |
4-6 chicken breasts Swiss cheese, slices 1 can cream of chicken soup 1-2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix 1/2 - 1 stick butter Put chicken breasts in casserole. On top of each breast place one slice of Swiss cheese. On top of that pour one can cream of chicken soup (undiluted). Take one box (for 4 breasts; two boxes for 6 breasts) of stuffing mix and mix with water (as stated on box) and 1/2 stick melted butter. (One stick of butter for two boxes of stuffing mix.) Place over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
