ITALIAN SWISS STEAK 
1/2 c. butter
2 garlic cloves
1 lg. can whole tomatoes with juice
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch parsley
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 can mushrooms with juice
Salt
Pepper
1 lb. round steak

Saute steak in butter and garlic. Remove garlic cloves. Add all other ingredients and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
