ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground round
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 med. jar mild chunky salsa
2 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 lg. jar Heinz brown gravy
1 lg. jar Heinz chicken gravy
2 cans red or green enchilada sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions
2 c. sour cream

Brown ground round, turkey and onion. Drain. Add beans, chilies, taco seasoning, salsa. Place filling in each tortilla. Roll up. Place in greased large oblong pan or dish. May require 2 dishes.

Mix gravies and salsa. Pour over enchiladas. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with cheese, bake 15 minutes more. Top with green onions and sour cream to serve.
