3 c. red apples, diced
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 c. kiwi slices, peeled
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

In mixing bowl, combine apples and orange juice. Add kiwi fruit, celery, walnuts and mayonnaise. Toss to coat. Serve on bed of lettuce. Serves 6.
