SPAGHETTI AND MEAT 
1 c. lard or shortening
4 pounds ground beef
8 med. onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. uncooked spaghetti
3 qts. tomato juice
8 c. ketchup

Melt shortening in large skillet. Add meat and onion; brown until red color is gone. Put in roasters and add remaining ingredients. Stir slightly to mix well. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 1/4 hours. Makes 50 (1/2 cup) servings.
