MEAT BALLS 
1-2 lbs. chuck
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. rice to pound

Mix all together and make into 1-inch balls. Put in saucepan or baking dish with a can of tomato sauce. Cover and cook on stove or bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Cooks faster on top of stove.
