1 c. plain (not self-rising) flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sunflower seed oil
1/8 c. orange blossom honey
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Grease skillet with Crisco and put it in the oven at 425 degrees when you start mixing ingredients. Mix dry ingredients first. Then stir in buttermilk, sunflower seed oil, eggs and orange blossom honey, in that order.
