IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining pie. Serves 6 to 8.

NOTE: If using 9 inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1 cup, Bisquick to 1/2 cup and only 2 eggs.
