BUSY PERSON BUTTERHORNS 
1/4 c. warm water (dissolve yeast in it)
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 egg and 2 egg yolks

Mix flour and butter like pie crust. Add yeast mixture and mix well; add eggs. Divide dough in 4 parts. Roll out like pie crust. Cut into wedge shape. Put in filling and roll up, start at big end and go to little.

Bake on greased sheet at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar frosting.

Filling:

2 egg whites, beat until stiff
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
nuts, chopped

Mix beaten egg whites, sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
