MY PERSONAL PIZZA! 
This is something I dreamed up and I have it as a fast meal or snack.

PER SERVING:

1 (6-inch) flour tortilla
2 to 3 oz. cooked sausage (bulk sausage is best)
2 to 3 tbsp. mild salsa
2 to 3 tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown sausage in skillet - be sure to break it up.

Place a tortilla on a small plate. Sprinkle on the sausage. Cover sausage meat with salsa. Sprinkle on the cheese. Assemble more pizzas, if desired. Arrange personal pizzas on baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
