GRANDMAS SWEET ROLLS 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour
1 cake yeast
1/4 c. warm water
Dash nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins

Scald milk and add butter in pan to melt. Dissolve yeast in water. In large bowl beat eggs, sugar, and salt. Add milk mixture and yeast mixture to ingredients. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon and raisins. Stir in 2 more cups of flour. Gradually add 1/2 cup more flour. Dough should be stiff but still sticky. Let rise in warm area in a bowl until doubled in bulk. Roll into sweet roll shapes. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown for 20 to 30 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting when cooled.
