GRANDMA'S ORANGE ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat in egg, salt, butter, sugar, rind and juice. Mix in flour. Let rise until double in warm place. Roll out 1/3 inch thick and cut in rounds (2 inches). Spread butter on rounds and fold over as for parker house roll. Let rise and bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. If desired frost with orange icing.

3 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. little grated rind
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Mix and frost.
