ROQUEFORT CHEESE QUICHE 
8 oz. Roquefort cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. whipping cream
2 eggs
4 tbsp. diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together and pour into an 8-inch partially cooked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until quiche has puffed and top is golden brown.
