CAFE TOLEDOS 
Coffee, prepared
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme (or any other Irish creme)
1 oz. Kahlua or Chamborg (raspberry liqueur)
Squirt of chocolate syrup
Whipped creme

Squirt chocolate into mug to cover bottom. Add coffee until 3/4 full. Add Irish creme and Kahlua (or other liqueur). Stir. Top with whipped creme.
