CAFE TRUFFLE CAKE 
8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 c. strong coffee
4 eggs

FROSTING:

1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate, sugar and butter over simmering water in a double boiler. Add coffee and beat in eggs. Line 9 1/2 inch spring form pan with buttered foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Unmold and peel off foil. Place on an attractive dish and top with frosting. Frosting: Beat together ingredients until stiff peaks. Frost top only. Refrigerate.
